East German helmet liner. Faux leather and olive mesh.
These East German tanker helmet liners are breathable and wastelandy.
The liner consists of a medium/dark gray vinyl and a double layer of light gray/sage mesh. There is some cotton facing inside for comfort.
The top tab was likely for a headset and is sewn on.
They make a great base for building on, or to use as is.
